Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 April 2026

Antares is a risk-screening tool, not financial advice. Verdicts are produced by aggregating public on-chain data and third-party security APIs. They are indicative, not predictive, and they can be wrong. Cryptocurrency trading carries the risk of total loss. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using the Antares Chrome extension (“the Extension”) or this website (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension or the Service.

2. What Antares is

Antares is a browser extension that scans Solana token contract addresses on supported trading platforms and returns a risk verdict (SAFE / CAUTION / DANGER / RUG), a 1000-point composite score, a list of detected flags, and contextual data (top-holder distribution, insider clusters, recent on-chain activity, AI-generated synthesis).

Antares aggregates data from public APIs (DexScreener, RugCheck, GoPlus, Helius, Solscan) and applies its own scoring engine. It does not custody assets, does not execute trades, and does not give financial advice.

3. License

The Antares extension is distributed via the Chrome Web Store under the terms presented at install. The trademarks “Antares” and the visual identity remain the property of the COMEALAMAISONGROUPE project. The source code is held privately while the extension is in active early-access; security researchers and integration partners can request scoped access by emailing antaresantiscam@gmail.com.

4. No financial advice

The Extension produces an automated risk assessment based on public data. It is not, and is not intended to be:

You should conduct your own research, consult a licensed financial advisor where appropriate, and only invest amounts you can afford to lose.

5. Verdict accuracy & limitations

Antares makes a best-effort assessment based on the data available at scan time. It can produce false positives (a clean token flagged as risky) and false negatives (a fraudulent token not flagged). Specifically:

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Service availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime or response time. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Upstream API outages (DexScreener, RugCheck, GoPlus, Helius, Solscan) will degrade the Service’s ability to produce verdicts; in such cases the Extension surfaces partial results or an error.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE EXTENSION AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT VERDICTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FREE OF ERROR.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMEALAMAISONGROUPE PROJECT, ITS CONTRIBUTORS, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF FUNDS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE EXTENSION OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in which case the above limitation may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the COMEALAMAISONGROUPE project, its contributors, and its licensors from any claim or demand made by a third party arising out of your use of the Extension or the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Third-party services

The Extension queries third-party APIs to deliver verdicts (DexScreener, RugCheck, GoPlus, Helius, Solscan, Google Gemini). Each of those services has its own terms and privacy policy; we are not responsible for their conduct. The list of processors and their policies is published in the Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the repository’s CHANGELOG.md and reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Extension or the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Extension or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, save for any mandatory rules of consumer protection applicable in your country of residence.

15. Contact

For questions about these Terms, email antaresantiscam@gmail.com — or visit the support page for bug reports, feature requests, or verdict feedback.
